Vikash organizes various capacity building training programs for indigenous tribes, women, persons-with-disabilities and other disadvantaged communities for improving their socio-economic condition. In this direction, we facilitate formation of rural finance institutions and arrange credit facilities for program participants in order to create market linkages. We advocate both farm and non-farm based livelihood options to enhance their income levels.
