Vikash helps People with Disabilities for formation of Self Help Groups of PwDs for their social & economic development. Vikash organized various skill development programmes for youth with disabilities and linked them with different financial institutions and Govt. schemes for their self employment and establishment of micro enterprises. Vikash identify youth with disabilities through career counseling process and referred them to different skill training Institutions of Government for skill training on different trades. Vikash facilitate the process of wage based employment of PwDs and their family members under MGNREGA.
