Access to livelihood is the basic requirement of any human being. It is our desired objective to ensure that every person is capable enough to acquire basic needs like food, shelter, clothing, health care etc. through his own income. Sustainable livelihood calls for sustainable use of natural resources, maximizing human potentialities. Human resource is the most vital asset and it has to be nurtured through continuous capacity building programmers. Even the best talents of the globe need capacity building.

Vikash organizes various capacity building training programs for the indigenous tribes, women, persons with disabilities and other socially disadvantaged community for improving their socio-economic condition. It facilitates formation of rural finance institutions and arranges credit facilities for the program participants along with creation of backward and forward market linkages.
